I'm Besa and I'm a 18-year-old student from Germany, currently in my 2nd year of Computer Science. I created this blog mainly to keep track of everyday happenings because university is a pretty exciting experience and I want to try and capture that. But I will also make a lot of posts about recipes, DIYs, and many other different things :3 Stuff I like includes art, music, literature, basically anything creative. I love drawing, playing various instruments, photographing, singing, poetry and cooking, I'm also quite interested in linguistics, history, science and math (even though I'm really bad at most of that). I watch way too much anime and TV shows, my taste in music is all over the place, Pokémon will always be the best game ever created; I have never seen a single complete Star Wars movie, my sneeze sounds like velcro and I tap my toes when I talk, and that's basically all there is to know about me.

Luminous Dream was the name of my very first blog back in 2009 when I was just a cute little girl and into pretty and sparkly stuff (just kidding, I'm still like that) - hence the name - just discovering the wonders of HTML/CSS and webdesign and needing something to experiment with. There have been many incarnations of it throughout the years, neither lasting longer than a few weeks because I got too lazy to mantain them. But I'm positive that I'll be keeping this one for a long time!
